三十九。黄金时段
在退休前5-6年间， 大概是我们两人一生中最最幸福的时刻。
那时我们在美国已经工作了将近20年，在经济上不再像刚来美国是那样拮据。 住房已经买下， 贷款已经付清。 儿子大学已经毕业， 没有额外的经济负担。 “梅” 的英语也已经大有长进， 对外应付自如，精神上因为语言障碍引起的压抑也已解除。她妈妈已经驾鹤西去， 她再也没有后顾之忧了。 业务上经过多少年的磨练， 早已应付自如，得心应手。 这段时间， 只要有假， 只要“梅” 的身体能够支撑， 我们就出去旅游,也是我们摄影创作的高峰期。 出了许多自己非常满意的摄影作品， 其中一张还登载于中国摄影报上, 也有作品参加每次的北美华人摄影作品展览。
旅游之前， 我们要详细估价“梅”的身体状况， 她常常处于亚健康状态，对于长途旅游，感到力不从心。
遇到她心情好的时候，身体再虚弱， 她也要争取出去。 常常在出游一周前， 到CVS买上6 罐能量合剂服用， 以增加自己的能量蓄备。
我们去过三次加勒比海（Cruise），去过黄石国家公园， 犹他州的拱洞国家公园， 阿拉斯加，加拿大的Banff公园，Las Vegas赌城等地。 每年秋季， 还去Blue RidgeParkway 以及Great Smoky Mountain， 拍摄秋景。她对于摄影的痴迷程度不亚于我，虽然她并不愿意在后期上多下功夫。 我喜欢开车旅游，在长途路程中， 我开车不能拍片， 她就一路拍摄， 有很多好片就她在途中拍摄的。 每次旅游， 如果我拍2000张片， 她常常拍到4000张。 一般她照好的片， 我收集起来， 输入计算机硬盘。 由我先粗粗的浏览一篇，把废片剔除。 凡是决定留档的片， 都要经过PS处理， 裁剪，压缩，锐化，才能上网，才能通过电子邮件发出。
“梅”在拍片完成之后， 她就不再顾问，任我处理。 好像手术台上的大夫， 做完胃切除手术后就下台，至于关腹， 清理，术后处理都有助手处理。
自然界的景色，不仅给予我们以美的享受， 事实上在我们的内心引起震撼。
犹他州的拱洞公园，以红色的岩石形成天然的拱洞而著称，奇形怪状的拱洞一个接着一个， 据说有1000个左右，真所谓是天斧神工。只有到过拱洞公园， 见过巨大的拱洞， 才感到自身的渺小。
黄石公园，这个这个冰火磨砺的世界、犬牙交错的幻境，诞生于近两百万年前的一次火山爆发。在这个平均高度为8000英尺的开阔火成岩高原上，有山峦、石林、冲蚀熔岩流和黑曜岩山等地质奇观。黄石河、黄石湖纵贯其中，有峡谷、瀑布、温泉以及间歇喷泉等，景色秀丽，引人入胜。其中尤以每90分钟喷水一次的“老忠泉”最著名。去过黄石的人，才知道中国的九寨沟只是和其中一角的翻版而已。
在加勒比海浩宇的海面上观望日出日落，欣赏云层变幻无穷。
位于落基山的Banff公园，和在黄石公园南面的Grand Teton National Park 都以山水秀丽著称，让我们流连忘返。 路过盐湖城， 我们去参观， 拍摄了摩门教最大的教堂。
秋季红叶如期到来， 我们在大烟山居然还拍到过雪景。
Las Vegas奇异的建筑， 入夜以后的光怪陆离的气氛， 犹如身置于另个世界。
还有， 阿拉斯加微蓝色的冰川和那美味的海鲜， 都给予我们深刻的印象。
所有这些我们都留有照片， 这是一笔精神财富。 到我们年老体衰之时，浏览照片， 会给予我们美好的回忆。
在旅游中有些细节还历历在目。到黄石公园， “梅”在一条近乎干枯的河流中拾取了好多彩色鹅卵石， 带回家中， 直到现在她还非常喜欢， 把它装在充满水的玻璃器皿中观赏。每逢秋季出去观赏红叶，她会收集各种不同颜色的树叶，小心地把它们收藏起来。 她在病前的情趣， 对生活的热爱， 可见一斑。
记得一次去南卡Savannah 小城镇， 回来时居然把行李丢在旅馆里， 只好打电话， 要求他们帮我们寄回。在Las Vegas品尝了一次高级自助餐， 也是终身难忘， 付小费时应该付10 刀就足够， 结果没有10刀的零钱， 只能忍痛付出20刀的小费，等等， 等等。 小小的旅游插曲， 丰富了我们生活的题材。
即使没有假期出去长途旅行，本市的动物园和植物园也是经常光顾的场所。 植物园是不收门票的， 动物园我买有全年通用卡，只要愿意，每天都可以进出。
由于她体力较弱， 拿不动重的机子， 我开始给她买小型机， 小机子当然质量不高， 用了一段时间后，
不过瘾， 换机！ 我一共买过三款机子给她， 都不满意， 直到最后， 我买进了Canon 5D Markiii， 她用上了我原来的5D, 才感到满意。
她尤其喜欢照小孩， 去动物园她并没照多少动物片， 却照了不少儿童片。 其中有一张， 我取名为“忧虑的眼神”是我们两人拍摄人物相片中最好的一张，就出于她的手。这张片是拍摄一个阿根廷女孩，这女孩依偎在她妈妈身边，看到有人给她拍照， 有点害怕， 有点忧虑， 有点紧张。 在蜷曲的长发间，其眼神显示出的忧虑神情，表现得恰如其分。 这张照片登载于文学城摄影沙龙，受到许多摄友的赞赏， 其中不乏专业摄影师的赞赏。 我把这张片存放在她的个人档案中， 附在我的博客里。
这段时间， 可算是我们两人的黄金时段， 在兴奋欢乐中度过的。 谁也没有料到， 接下来的竟是悲哀和伤痛。

All I can say is greatttttt. I ordered a pair just to see the quality. Outstanding. I only found one spot on each shoe that’s not perfect. Some glue on the sole but other than that A1 experience. They came in about two weeks and now I will buy more very soon.
Although we give a 5 star, these were a gift and had to go back. Expecting a softer running shoe. These were stiff and hard. They are a beautiful shoe regardless of the person who was receiving the gift thought about how they fit.

Delivery was super fast to the UK 🇬🇧 took about 2 weeks. I went for no box option it is pictured how they came. There was inserts in them to hold the shape. Came with free socks, tag lakers wristband. I think they are a little big made, although the insole isn’t great, I might get a new insole see if that fixes the issue. I saved £40 so that’s not an issue. I don’t have real dunks so you can judge for yourself, the only thing I noticed is the holes seem smaller less neat then the real dunks.

Exactly as described. Good, well made shoes for a good price. I tend to walk on the outside of my left foot based on bone alignment from a broken leg so need shoes with a stitched on sole to keep them from falling apart. These shoes have a good arch, are made of excellent material, and fit perfectly. And I think they look sharp without being too flashy. I'd buy them again.
